Fleet Foxes are, for lack of an imminently more marketable descriptor, a group trafficking in baroque harmonic pop. And the joy they derive in doing so is palpable. We feel it too. They are, self-described, not much of a rock band. With the help of credit cards, minimum wages, tip money, friends and family, Fleet Foxes crafted their first demo, and subsequently the Sun Giant EP and this debut full-length album, with family friend Phil Ek manning the rudder. Drawing influence from the traditions of folk music, pop, choral music and gospel, sacred harp singing, West Coast music, traditional music from Ireland to Japan, film scores, and their NW peers, Fleet Foxes ranges in subject matter from the natural world and familial bonds to bygone loves and stone cold graves.

Tracks:
1.1 Sun It Rises
1.2 White Winter Hymnal
1.3 Ragged Wood
1.4 Tiger Mountain Peasant Song
1.5 Quiet Houses
1.6 He Doesn't Know Why
1.7 Heard Them Stirring
1.8 Your Protector
1.9 Meadowlarks
1.10 Blue Ridge Mountains
1.11 Oliver James
Title: Helplessness Blues
Artist: Fleet Foxes
Label: Sub Pop
Product Type: VINYL LP
UPC: 098787088816
Genre: Indie Rock/Pop
Release Date: 2011-05-03
Number of Discs: 2

Like very nearly every worthwhile thing, making this album was not easy; it was a difficult second album to make. Drawing inspiration from folk/rock from about 1965 to 1973, and Van Morrisons ASTRAL WEEKS in particular, HELPLESSNESS BLUES sees Fleet Foxes heighten and extend themselves, adding instrumentation (clarinet, the music box, pedal steel guitar, lap steel guitar, Tibetan singing bowls, vibraphone, etc., along with more traditional band instrumentation), with a focus on clear, direct lyrics, and an emphasis on group vocal harmonies. We have it on good authority that the album is called HELPLESSNESS BLUES for at least a couple of reasons. One, it's kind of a funny title. Secondly, one of the prevailing themes of the album is the struggle between who you are and who you want to be or who you want to end up, and how sometimes you are the only thing getting in the way of that. Having heard HELPLESSNESS BLUES, we mean to get out of it's way.

Tracks:
1.1 Montezuma
1.2 Bedouin Dress
1.3 Sim Sala Bim
1.4 Battery Kinzie
1.5 The Plains/Bitter Dancer
1.6 Helplessness Blues
2.1 The Cascades
2.2 Lorelei
2.3 Someone You'd Admire
2.4 The Shrine/An Argument
2.5 Blue Spotted Tail
2.6 Grown Ocean
Title: Crack-Up
Artist: Fleet Foxes
Label: Nonesuch
Product Type: VINYL LP
UPC: 075597937381
Genre: Rock
Release Date: 2017-06-16
Number of Discs: 2

Double vinyl LP pressing. 2017 release, the long-awaited and highly anticipated third album from Fleet Foxes. Crack-Up comes six years after the 2011 release of Helplessness Blues and nearly a decade since the band's 2008 self-titled debut. All eleven of the songs on Crack-Up were written by Robin Pecknold. The album was co-produced by Pecknold and Skyler Skjelset, his longtime bandmate, collaborator, and childhood friend. Crack-Up was recorded at various locations across the United States between July 2016 and January 2017: at Electric Lady Studios, Sear Sound, The Void, Rare Book Room, Avast, and The Unknown. Phil Ek mixed the album, at Sear Sound, and it was mastered by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound.

Tracks:
1.1 I Am All That I Need / Arroyo Seco / Thumbprint Scar
1.2 Cassius
1.3 Naiads, Cassadies
1.4 Kept Woman
1.5 Third of May / Odaigahara
1.6 If You Need to, Keep Time on Me
1.7 Mearcstapa
1.8 On Another Ocean (January / June)
1.9 Fool's Errand
1.10 I Should See Memphis
1.11 Crack-Up
Fleet Foxes: Fleet Foxes - The album was co-produced by Pecknold and Skyler Skjelset, his longtime bandmate, collaborator, and childhood friend. Crack-Up was recorded at various locations across the United States between July 2016 and January 2017: at Electric Lady Studios, Sear Sound, The Void, Rare Book Room, Avast, and The Unknown.

1.7 The Cascades
1.8 Lorelei
1.9 Someone You'd Admire
1.10 The Shrine/An Argument
1.11 Blue Spotted Tail
1.12 Grown Ocean
Title: First Collection 2006-2009
Artist: Fleet Foxes
Label: Sub Pop
Product Type: COMPACT DISCS
UPC: 098787126020
Genre: Rock
Release Date: 2018-11-09
Number of Discs: 1

Fleet Foxes and Sub Pop present a limited-edition collection in honor of the 10th anniversary of Fleet Foxes' debut LP. Robin Pecknold brings light to the bleakest of winters with Fleet Foxes' A Very Lonely Solstice, a 13-track career spanning collection recorded in December 2020, at Brooklyn, NY's St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church. Now being released for the first time, A Very Lonely Solstice captures a poignant moment in time. The recording was originally broadcasted as a live-stream event on the winter solstice of 2020, just days after New York declared a state of emergency tightening restrictions again in response to increasing COVID-19 cases. Fans worldwide tuned in while quarantined at home, finding solace and a sense of community in a period of extreme isolation. Much of A Very Lonely Solstice showcases a solo focus on Pecknold who offers up acoustic arrangements of fan-favorite songs spanning Fleet Foxes' catalog. Now being released for the first time on vinyl, CD and digital formats, 'A Very Lonely Solstice' captures a poignant moment in time. The recording was originally broadcasted as a live-stream event on the winter solstice of 2020, just days after New York declared a state of emergency tightening restrictions again in response to increasing COVID-19 cases. Pecknold describes the set as me by myself on the longest night of the year... honoring the loneliness of 2020 with a nylon string and some songs new and old. Fans worldwide tuned in while quarantined at home, finding solace and a sense of community in a period of extreme isolation. Much of 'A Very Lonely Solstice' showcases a solo focus on Pecknold who offers up acoustic arrangements of fan-favorite songs spanning Fleet Foxes' catalog. Selections cover all four of the band's studio albums, including their 2008 self-titled debut album (Tiger Mountain Peasant Song) to 2011's Helplessness Blues (Blue Spotted Tail) and 2017's Crack-Up (If You Need To, Keep Time On Me), all the way to their latest release, Shore. Resistance Revival Chorus joins Pecknold on Shore tracks Wading In Waist-High Water and Can I Believe You. Fleet Foxes will release their fourth studio album entitled SHORE, a collection of 15 new songs, on February 5, 2021 on double-gatefold 2LP vinyl and CD. Fleet Foxes' Robin Pecknold shares, SHORE feels like a relief, like you'd feel when your feet finally hit sand after getting caught in a riptide. It's a celebration of life in the face of death, honoring our lost musical heroes, from David Berman to John Prine to Judee Sill to Bill Withers, embracing the joy and solace they brought to our lives and honoring their memory. SHORE is an object levitating between the magnetic fields of the past and the future. SHORE was released digitally in it's entirety on the fall equinox (9/22) alongside an album length Super-16mm landscape film captured and edited in Washington State by the filmmaker Kersti Jan Werdal. The album was recorded in upstate New York at Aaron Dessner's Long Pond Studio, in Paris at Studios St. Germain, in Los Angeles at the legendary Vox, in Long Island City at Diamond Mine, and New York City's Electric Lady. Fleet Foxes' self-titled debut made a profound impact on the international musical landscape, earning them Uncut's first ever Music Award Prize and a spot in Rolling Stone's 100 Best Albums of the 2000's. The follow-up album Helplessness Blues was met with the same critical praise as it's predecessor (MOJO ?????, Pitchfork's Best New Music) and earned them a GRAMMY nomination. Both Fleet Foxes and Helplessness Blues are certified Gold in the US. The band's third studio album Crack-Up, released in 2017, charted #9 on the Billboard Top 200.

Tracks:
1.1 Side A
1.2 Wading in Waist-High Water
1.3 Sunblind
1.4 Can I Believe You
1.5 Jara
1.6 Featherweight
1.7 Side B
1.8 A Long Way Past the Past
1.9 For a Week or Two
1.10 Maestranza
1.11 Young Man's Game
1.12 I'm Not My Season
2.1 Side C
2.2 Quiet Air / Gioia
2.3 Going-To-The-Sun Road
2.4 Thymia
2.5 Cradling Mother, Cradling Woman
2.6 Shore
2.7 Side D - Etching
Title: Shore
Artist: Fleet Foxes
Label: Anti
Product Type: COMPACT DISCS
UPC: 045778781461
Genre: Rock
Release Date: 2026-07-31
Number of Discs: 1
Additional Details: REISSUE

Fleet Foxes' Robin Pecknold shares, SHORE feels like a relief, like you'd feel when your feet finally hit sand after getting caught in a riptide.
