Vintage Paris Jazz. Vintage Parisian atmosphere. Paris has always attracted jazz musicians from all over the world to it's clubs and cafés. Paris is the spiritual home of gypsy jazz in particular, and many of the Parisian jazzmen who emerged in the first half of the 20th century started out playing in the city's Bals-musette. Django Reinhardt made his name in Paris with violinist Stéphane Grappelli and their Quintette du Hot Club de France in the 1930s and 1940s, as well as the bands of Alex Renard, Alix Combelle, Ray Ventura, Claude Bolling and Jerry Mango. Just after the war, the Saint-Germain des Prés and Latin quarters were home to numerous jazz clubs, including Caveau des Lorientais, Club Saint-Germain, La Rose Rouge, Vieux-Colombier, and most famously, Tabou.Limited Edition - Collectable Remastered Works".
