Ben Watt, former Everything But the Girl leader, DJ, Buzzin' Fly label head and author, returned to solo recording in 2014 with the acclaimed Hendra (winner AIM Indy Award 'Best Difficult Second Album'). His album Fever Dream takes Hendra's sonic template of open-tuned folk-jazz, distorted string-bent rock, and soulful rumination, and adds a fresh grainy intensity. The album features Bernard Butler, Marissa Nadler, and MC Taylor (Hiss Golden Messenger). Watt began recording in 1981 on the indie label Cherry Red. His debut album North Marine Drive was released in 1983 and reached #1 on UK Indie Charts. He then took a fork in the road and joined forces with vocalist Tracey Thorn, with whom he wrote and recorded for 18 years-together they created nine studio albums as Everything But The Girl (EBTG) after signing to Blanco y Negro through Warners in 1984, and then Virgin in 1995. EBTG have received eight gold, and one platinum album BPI Certifications in the UK, and one gold album RIAA Certification in the US.

Tracks:
1.1 Gradually
1.2 Fever Dream
1.3 Between Two Fires
1.4 Winter's Eve
1.5 Women's Company
1.6 Faces of My Friends
1.7 Running with the Front Runners
1.8 Never Goes Away
1.9 Bricks and Wood
1.10 New Year of Grace
