The album was a musical barn-raising, made entirely by Colerick and friends from the 91030 zip code including 6-time Grammy winning pianist, Billy Childs, among others. Co-produced by Colerick along with his bandmate, bassist Guillermo Guzman, the album chronicles life in the small town suburb of Los Angeles with a big dose of Colerick's "prairie-folk" roots mixed in. The album closes with a punchy cover of "Route 66", the original route of the highway dissects the town of South Pasadena about 100 yards from Colerick's home.

Tracks:
1.1 Nine Ten Thirty
1.2 The Big One
1.3 Watercolor
1.4 Bachelorette Party
1.5 Healer
1.6 Weeds
1.7 Great Year
1.8 Almost Home
1.9 Superhero of the Mta
1.10 Millard Stream
1.11 She Rides
1.12 Route 66

Audio Sample:
All soundclips are provided by Tidal and are for illustrative purposes only.
