These songs have sat in the vault for 8 years, and somehow never managed to collect dust. Anytime I'd revisit them, the glow they carried upon conception still shined bright. It took nearly a decade of gaining life experience and perspective to truly appreciate the beauty of young love, courage in the face of unknowing at such a formative time in a lifespan, and belief in magic that can break your heart as quickly as it can mend it.
