Cuomo premiered Seven Limbs, a collaborative suite with guitarist Nels Cline and the Aizuri String Quartet. This musical interpretation of a Buddhist meditation was performed a handful of times, one of which made an impression on saxophone great Joe Lovano, who asked Cuomo if he could arrange a version of Seven Limbs for him to perform.
