Burns backed Hooker at Chess Records in 1965 playing on Hook's classic "The Real Folk Blues". Burns' plaintive voice, wailing harmonica & sure-handed guitar harkens back to the heyday of Detroit blues a half-century ago. Burns, who like his peers, grew up in Mississippi, and is now the last of Detroit's postwar legends to still live & play in Motor City. This album contains 15 songs, including 12 Eddie Burns originals.

Tracks:
1.1 Snake Eyes
1.2 Your Cash Ain't Nothin' But Trash
1.3 Lonely Man Plea
1.4 Go 'Head Angel
1.5 Night Shift
1.6 Papa Likes to Boogie
1.7 I Call It Love
1.8 Jail Time
1.9 Treat Me Like I Treat You
1.10 Goin' to New Orleans
1.11 Lend Me Your Love
1.12 Hastings Street Special
1.13 For You My Love
1.14 Hello Miss Jessie Lee
1.15 Don't Let Money Change You

Audio Sample:
All soundclips are provided by Tidal and are for illustrative purposes only.
