Most selections were either contemporary hits from that time such as 'On the Atcheson, Topeka and the Santa Fe,' 'Buttons and Bows, 'and 'Ghost Riders in the Sky' or traditional standards like 'I Don't Know Why,' 'Blue Skies' and 'Ain't We Got Fun.' a few of these numbers include duets with crooners Bob Crosby or Curt Massey. These musical arrangements from radio are often much more interesting than those from their commercial recordings.
