Led by the exceptionally talented vocalist and songwriter Fred Parris, The Five Satins are best remembered for the doo-wop classic \"In The Still Of The Night,\" a song Parris had written in the basement of a local church. It was the very first single they released, and remains the biggest hit of their career.
