He worked extensively with bandleader/producer Johnny Otis during 1951, recording sides like 'Twilight Blues' and 'Strictly Cash' for Federal Records, before launching the shortlived Spin label in 1952, in partnership with Otis. Spin's biggest record was Love's 'Jumpin' For Charles' a song written for 'Dolphins of Hollywood' deejay Charles Tramell. This unique compilation reissues everything that Love recorded between 1951-55 and includes a number of sides which, according to producer Johnny Otis, he is believed to have played on

Tracks:
1.1 Wondering
1.2 Voodoo
1.3 Unconscious Blues
1.4 Twilight Blues
1.5 Wango Blues
1.6 September Song
1.7 Like a Ship at Sea
1.8 Strictly Cash
1.9 Kissin' Boogie
1.10 Jumpin' for Charles
1.11 Feel So Good
1.12 Huckle Boogie
1.13 Stay By My Side
1.14 You Got Me Drinkin'
1.15 Suicide Blues
1.16 My Love Is Draggin'
1.17 Ooh-La Cha-Cha
1.18 I'm Not a Tree
1.19 If You Ever Get Lonesome - Roy "Happy" Easter
1.20 That's All Right Baby - the Love Bugs
1.21 Talk to Me Baby - Roy 'Happy' Easter
1.22 Country Boogie - Preston Love Orchestra
