Mass Production was a ten-piece from Norfolk Virginia who came to the attention of music business entrepreneur Ed. A. Ellerbe. The band ended up making a total of eight albums with a few minor personnel changes from their debut WELCOME TO OUR WORLD in 1976. The first album features the single \"Welcome to Our World\", and the cover is a definite homage to the Isley Brothers 3+3 sleeve with the band kitted out in leather and in similar poses for which they thanked the Isleys in the liner notes.
