The band name mirrors the musicians' favorite style of bluegrass music, but they also enjoy playing tunes that are more contemporary in feel. Lonesomeville reflects the band's approach to their music: fresh, lively and spirited..... 'I've listened all the way through to this great new project many times now and find myself listening again and again! Their band name represents them well but these guys are quite adept at stepping outside the traditional box too. They are just as comfortable on a Steve Wariner tune or maybe even more so on one of their original tunes, all of which are standouts including the title track 'Lonesomeville' penned by Ronnie Edwards. They have the luxury of three lead singers including great harmonies and strong instrumentation as well.
