The 1995 solo Treacy effort I Was A Mod Before You Was A Mod veers between the humour of 'As John Belushi Said' and 'Little Woody Allen' to the angst and self-loathing of 'A Long Time Gone' and 'I Can See My Whole World Crashing Down,' and there's the catchy Mod homage of the title track.
