2009 debut album from the Liverpool rockers. Following in the well-trodden footsteps of heroes such as the Doors, the Rolling Stones, the Beach Boys, Captain Beefheart and Tom Waits they recorded this album at Sunset Sound Studios, Hollywood. The album was recorded in 4 "very intense, sweaty Californian days" capturing the wild live energy of the band. The album was recorded reel-to-reel using an old 60's mixing desk, vintage guitars, amps and even a haggard old piano to recreate 1960's studio conditions the way producer Dave Sardy imagined when he heard them on stage. 11 tracks.
