The Nutmegs were one of the first doo-wop groups to become famous for the \"rockaballad\" style that gave birth to the rock n' roll revolution. During the sixties, acappella practice versions of their songs started a craze for acappella doo-wop recordings. This 14 song compilation provides a comprehensive overview of this highly influential group's recorded output from the late 1950's to the early 1960's.
