Limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on solid white coloured 180-gram audiophile vinyl in a gatefold sleeve. Expanded edition including three bonus tracks & 4-page booklet with lyrics. Please Come Home is the debut solo project by mastermind, producer, guitarist and vocalist John Mitchell (Kino, It Bites, Frost, Arena). Mitchell is assisted by Craig Blundell on drums and Nick Beggs on bass. The album features several guest appearances, including Marillion vocalist Steve Hogarth, Go West vocalist Peter Cox, Touchstone vocalist Kim Seviour, a duet with folk singer Heather Findlay, a striking guitar solo on "Humans Being" by Nik Kershaw and the narration throughout the album has been recorded by renowned actor Lee Ingleby (BBC's Inspector George Gently).
