Munster Records present a reissue of El Ritmo Del Go Go/El Grito de los King, the only single by Delai Alamos con Los King Stay. Originally released in 1965 on Discos MAG, around the same time as the first recordings by Los Saicos and Los Shain's, this EP is proof that teenage rock'n'roll energy was sky high in mid-1960s Peru. The ability on these two tracks wouldn't get these guys any music school, but it makes them utterly brilliant in a wave of ramshackle rhythms, a singer that shifts between Elvis-like moments and wild screams, and sloppy surf guitars.
