Bishop F.A. Blake was born on November 14th, 1956 in St. James, Jamaica, West Indies. At the age of 17, Jesus can't to him in a vision and told him to serve Him or die. After that day, Bishop Blake's life was never the same. Soon after that vision, he gave his heart to the Lord and started preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1980, Bishop migrated to the United States. In the U.S., he furthered his religious studies at the Manhattan Bible Institute for 4 years. In 1987, God called him to be a pastor. But before devoting his life to pastor a church, God was using him in a mighty way. As Bishop Blake prayed for the sick, they were healed. Sickness such as cancer, asthma, blood pressure, different types of diseases, and other illness that were creative miracles. God was getting him ready for a great work that he had in his future. All his life, Bishop Blake could not write a song, but in his 50th year of his life that changed completely. God inspired him to write songs through a 18 month old baby girl who told her mother that that Bishop hit her. Bishop then turned around and said "Don't lie on the preacher, God will surely get you.", and that's how it all started. Now Bishop Blake has written over 100 songs and is coming out with a new album entitled "Wash Me Again". His desire to build his musical repertoire is undying as he is constantly writing songs. His musical gift is evident and undeniable in every song and in every album he makes. As his ministry grows, Bishop F. A Blake is sure to unforgettably impact the world.
