Adversus, the notorious dark band with intellectual pretensions from the Rhine-Main region, had been quiet for a long time. With their mixture of poetry, cinematic bombast, electro, dark metal, neoclassical music and new German death art, which is difficult - if not impossible - to categorize, the project achieved cult status in the 2000s, but then it became very quiet around the band. For over a decade, there were rumors of a last great album, while mastermind Torsten Schneyer created a new music project with DTORN.
