EU-only collection. Arthur Prysock is one of the great unsung heroes of the early R&B balladeers. This is the first release in an ongoing overview of his career recorded between 1946 and 1952. Here are all his recordings with the legendary Buddy Johnson Orchestra. The first 12 tracks comprise a mid-60s released LP of early recordings to reflect his then current chart success. If you enjoy Billy Eckstine and Nat King Cole then you will not fail to be entranced by Arthur Prysock's rich baritone voice on this wonderful collection.
