2012 solo release from the Alt-Rock singer/songwriter, formerly the leader of Green on Red as well as short-lived Americana duo Danny & Dusty. In a somewhat messy process that began with the 4 Songs EP last year, quasi-legendary, esteemed and vilified singer/songwriter Dan Stuart announces the release of his first solo record this century. His artistic efforts have been praised (and mocked) in the pages of the LA/NY/London Times as well as Rolling Stone, NME and countless others. His songs have been performed by artists as varied as Manic Street Preachers, Richmond Fontaine, Jon Dee Graham and Vivian Girls: strange bedfellows for sure. In a page from B. Traven's life, Mr. Stuart has been living under the name of Marlowe Billings in Southern Mexico. Rumors of an escape from a New York mental health facility have not been denied. What is certain, is that Mr. Stuart has been spotted playing gigs around the world, thoroughly surprising himself and others.
