Digitally remastered edition. Life Ain't Worth Living in The Old-Fashioned Way is the debut album by Paul Downes and Phil Beer, originally released in 1973. Phil went on to play in the Albion Band as well as his solo works and played with the Rolling Stones on their Steel Wheels tour. More recently, he is recognized for his work with Steve Knightly as the folk duo Show Of Hands. Paul Downes' solo career has spanned many years and his more modern collaborations with Mick Ryan's themed Folk Opera's up and down the country.
