JAPAN - IMPORT-LIMITED EDITION

Released in 1975, George Harrison's sixth studio album arrived just 10 months after it's predecessor and marked his final release for Apple Records, moving away from overt religious themes toward a more direct musical approach. The album features the advance single You and This Guitar (Can't Keep from Crying), a spiritual sequel to the Beatles classic While My Guitar Gently Weeps. This Japan-exclusive SHM-CD reissue is part of a newly remastered 13-title catalog campaign commemorating the 60th anniversary of George Harrison's Beatles tour of Japan and the 35th anniversary of his Japan tour with Eric Clapton, including two Traveling Wilburys albums. Newly remastered for 2026 from 192kHz/24bit files freshly transferred from the UK original master tapes, this edition comes as an SHM-CD in a Type A double cardboard sleeve jacket and includes newly written liner notes by Kunihiko Fujimoto, lyrics, and Japanese translations.
