Genre: Heavy Metal, Heavy Metal

Digitally remastered and expanded edition of this 1990 album from the L.A. metal band including one bonus track, a cover of Led Zeppelin's 'Immigrant Song'. Hellion formed in 1982 in Los Angeles, California. The band's original roster included Ann Boleyn on vocals. Black Box is a concept album. When Ann Boleyn began writing the lyrics, she decided that a full-length novel should accompany the album. The story is about her darker experiences with life deriving from her ancestors who supposedly inherited magical powers that came back to haunt her. Ann's voice is dark, with a heavier European style metal than what was going on in the music world at the time.
