We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Pure, real, simple, without filter, that's how Henriette considers herself. She grew up in a small town in the wild west of Germany and practically got the music instilled with her mother's milk. She doesn't use an artist name, because she sings from heart to heart and just wants to be herself. Listening to her urging inner voice, Henriette packs her suitcases in 2018, drops everything, flies to Nashville Tennessee and dives into the music scene there. She begins writing songs, performs, takes voice lessons, establishes contacts. Only three weeks after her arrival, the two producers Jay Tooke, drummer of the legendary band The Steel Woods and James Robertson, well-known guitarist for e.g. Lindi Ortega, Dragonette, Brandi Disterheft, Clyde Stubblefield, become aware of her during a songwriting session. Back in Germany in 2019, she has a lot of stories and her debut EP under her belt, will be available on 2020-02-21 through Dr. Music Records. Sounds like a fairy tale, also feels like one.
