'In This Body Lives' is the breathtaking debut album by Dartmoor-raised, London-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Dominie Hooper. Steeped in the wild landscapes of her upbringing and shaped by years of collaboration as a session and theatre musician (with the likes of Alabaster DePlume, Yola and Tom Odell), Dominie's songs come alive with electric guitar, growling cello, layered voices and raw emotion. Working with legendary producer Ben Hillier (Blur, Depeche Mode, Nadine Shah), she's created a sound that's intimate yet expansive, rooted in ritual and riot, quietness and chaos.
