(2-CD set) showcases DiN label boss Ian Boddy's recent live work taken from two different shows in a single night. On Disc 1, captured at The Gatherings in Philadelphia, Boddy performs with analogue and modular synths and atmospheric beds of FX. The show climaxes with "The Thaumaturge" from his "As Above So Below" album. Disc 2 is from the Star's End show just a few hours later. A more introspective set with atmospheric string-scapes gradually crystallizing into delicate sequencers before the full Berlin School work out of "Apostasy". Full of haunting tones, "Remnants" closes the set as a perfect companion to the first disc. This double album is a must for both Boddy fans and lovers of live electronic music.
