The late Montreal born house music pioneer Andrew Komis, better known as Komix, founded the highly influential record labels Bigshot Records in Toronto with Nick Fiorucci in 1988, and First Choice in 1991. Komix also worked with British labels, brokering licensing deals that helped spread the house music gospel around the world. Presented here is one of Komix's finest productions - a classic garage house gem originally released on the London-based dance label City Beat, featuring the soulful, enchanting vocalist Keia Thomas. Produced, engineered, mixed and edited by Komix, the original 12 vinyl featured two mixes of the track Let's Get Back To Love, two mixes of Security, plus a mix of the bonus track Fabulous. Originally released in 1990, this rare underground house classic has been newly remastered.
