Live archive release from the blues legend. Sam Lightnin' Hopkins was an often recorded and highly influential Texas blues guitarist whose ramshackle lifestyle and easy going music still resonate today. Lightnin' is a member of the Blues Hall of Fame and Rolling Stone Magazine named him as #71 on their list of the Top 100 guitarists of all time. Live in Munich was recorded with an electric band in 1977 in front of an appreciate and enthusiastic crowd. It is a great introduction to this legendary performer and a must for collectors.
