?With "New Lands", Armando Luongo explores new territories: first of all, composer's work, since this is his very first release in this field, but undoubtedly the land of the emotions he uses to present melodies that move you in a simple way: a universal territory where Armando succeeds in transmitting the most intimate sensations to everyone. Graduate of the Salerno Conservatory (Italy), Armando entered the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 2009, then The Hague in 2012. Armando has won numerous awards (Jazz à Vienne, Dinant Jazz Night, European Jazz Contest,...), met some of the greatest names in jazz (Bob Mover, Bert Joris, Godwin Louis, Seamus Blake,...), and has now released a promising first album as a composer.
