Neon Neon is a group consisting of Los Angeles producer Boom Bip and Brit rocke Gruff Rhys (front man for the Super Furry Animals). The project is themed around the life of John Z DeLorean - the man behind the iconic DMC 12" "Back to the Future" car and known for his playboy high society celebrity status.
