Oscar unexpectedly whipped the blogs into a frenzy in April 2013 with his self-released, Never Told You. Pitchfork bestowed Best New Music, The Guardian tagged him as a Band Of The Day and the NME took note - all whilst he was still in college. Upon graduating, Oscar followed up by releasing his 146b EP, which continued to garner praise with raves from Stereogum, Impose and extensive play from BBC 6 Music for multiple tracks. Wichita Recordings will release Oscar's debut album later this year after a handful of singles - Daffodil Days being the first. The track was premiered online via The Fader in January and was quickly covered via 40+ blogs including Stereogum, NME, Fake DIY, drowned in Sound and The Line of Best Fit. A video for Daffodil Days will be premiered in March to coincide with street date and UK festival plays.
