GERMANY - IMPORT-BOXED SET-REMASTERED

Igor Stravinsky's longtime assistant conductor Robert Craft would have celebrated his 100th anniversary on October 20, 2023. Here, for the first time are his complete recordings on 44 CDs, a true treasure trove of repertoire, with 68 works appearing for the first time on CD in this edition, released in collaboration with the Robert Craft / Igor Stravinsky Foundation. Robert Craft's epoch-making recordings of Schoenberg, Webern and late-period Stravinsky were instrumental in making these milestones of 20th-century music widely accessible in the 1950s and 60s. Gramophone called Craft a tireless worker for the music of our time.
