Shaggy's upcoming album, Lottery, takes it's name from a personal philosophy that has guided his three decade career: always bet on yourself. Largely self produced alongside longtime collaborator Shane Hoosong, the 13 track project reflects Shaggy's enduring identity as the self described king of hybrid music, freely moving between dancehall, reggae, pop, R&B, and hip hop while staying unmistakably Jamaican.
