The album was mixed by Barny Barnicott, one of the UK's leading mixers and producers, who has worked with artists from Kasabian to Sam Fender. In Barny's diverse catalog, the Arctic Monkeys' debut album and "Confessions" by The Temper Trap are just selected highlights. The mastering was done by Matt Colton, who has already refined releases by Muse, James Blake, Thom Yorke, Aphex Twin and Depeche Mode. The focus track "Can Nobody Feel" describes a feeling that we all know well: The feeling of not doing enough.
