Born into a family of musicians in the state of Gujarat, prolific composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Manish Vyas reveals and re-imagines facets of his native India's spiritual heart with each new work. Recorded in Pune, Rajkot and Mumbai, Manish Vyas' warm, powerful voice is framed by the traditional santoor, sarangi, dholak, tabla, and bansuri flute as well as by violin, keyboards, bass, drums, electric piano and subtle programming.
