A collection of previously unissued live recordings of the iconic vibraphonist Cal Tjader from 6 different performances at the Penthouse jazz club in Seattle from 1963-1967 capturing. This 2-CD set includes an extensive booklet with rare photos, essays, interviews and statements. Legendary percussionist Armando Peraza plays on all but the two and bassist Monk Montgomery plays on two as well.
