Let's just say we've come a long way. These '50s tracks include cheerfully delivered songs of violence, pedophilia, biases against immigrants and women... anything goes. It's a portrait of a different time, and it's amazing to see what passed for good, clean entertainment as you hear Coplas Kingston Trio; Speedy Gonzales Pat Boone; All Women Are the Same Hawks; Women Drivers Playmates; Flea Brain Gene Vincent; I'm Going Upside Your Head Jimmy Reed; Squaws Along the Yukon Hank Thompson; Ubangi Stomp Warren Smith; Japanese Skokiaan Spike Jones; Too Fat Polka Arthur Godfrey... 31 relics from the golden age of political incorrectness! Bear Family.
