Founded by famed Hip Hop journalist Will Ashon, the label launched with the release of the Misanthropic 12 inch single 'Alpha Prhyme', (a collaboration between Luke Vibert and Juice Aleem). It also became the home of Roots Manuva, the label's most successful artist.
