Returns

For the holiday season, we have extended our return window to 60 days. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return. After this period, we are unable to process a return. This return window is valid for all orders placed between 11/17/2025 and 12/31/2025.

Shipping

Our dispatching time does not change. On average, orders containing available-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, although this is not guaranteed.

Orders containing preorder items will ship as 1 fulfillment once all items in the order are available to ship.

Please note, Tower Records Merchandise and Exclusives are dispatched separately. On average, these items take 3-4 business days to dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

The estimated shipping times that are displayed at checkout are from the point of dispatch. 

Recommended Order Cutoff

We all want to know if an order we place will arrive before Christmas, and we want to be as honest and transparent as we can be. As noted above, on average, orders containing available-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, although this is not guaranteed. Shipping estimates at checkout are from point of dispatch, not from the point of order creation. This must be taken into account when placing an order. Please see below a list of the shipping methods available for US domestic orders and our recommended date to order by to get your order by Christmas:

USPS Media Mail - 3-10 business days from dispatch. Order before 12/09

USPS Ground Advantage - 2-5 business days from dispatch. Order before 12/16

USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days from dispatch. Order before 12/19

UPS Ground Service - 2-5 business days from dispatch. Order before 12/16

UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day from dispatch. Order before 12/22
