The 7th release from Fukuoka indie label Special 10 Records is by indie pop band 'SetagayaGenico,' whose 2023 work evokes the sounds of 2010s US indie, reminiscent of Mac Demarco and Men I Trust. The mellow concept album is filled with evergreen indie sounds, carried by a female vocal that stretches effortlessly without strain. The songs are consistently beautiful in melody, with glimpses of high-quality pop elements throughout. This is the kind of album meant to be heard on vinyl.Starting with a series of standout tracks like A-1 'dnenfk,' A-2 'Dare mo Oitsukenai,' A-3 'Subete Tooku naru,' and A-4 'perfectCircle,' SIDE B dives deeper, offering a short yet intense 12-track, 30-minute experience. Each spin grabs your heart, inviting you to enjoy it over and over again.Tracklist:A-1 dnenfkA-2 Dare mo OitsukenaiA-3 Subete Tooku naruA-4 perfectCircleA-5 yatchA-6 Kanojo no DopeB-1 is a short breakB-2 swimming (focus edit)B-3 Kyou wa Daijina HiB-4 Leprechaun's pictB-5 Euclid tonightB-6 TEMPEST
