A 1987 release on vinyl by Rag Baby, re-issued by One Way but never on Joe's label. According to All Music it features some breathtaking blues- "Foreign Policy Blues" and "Mourning Blues" (based on a Dave Van Ronk song) and Joe's remembrance of of the pain of war and those who served away from home has been an admirable, artistic raison d'etre. Kate Wolf covered Muriel Hogan's plaintive "Agent Orange Song," and "Fixin' to Die Rag" and "Kiss My Ass" are reprised in fine manner. Featuring among others David Hayes on bass and Peter Walsh on guitar.
