Vinyl LP pressing. Drawing comparisons to the likes of John Lee Hooker and Sonny Boy Williamson, Doctor Ross aka "The Harmonica Boss" made his reputation as a bluesman in Memphis, Tennessee before moving to Detroit, Michigan in the mid-1950s. The 14-track compilation, Memphis Breakdown, gathers the best of those early Memphis sessions all in one place.
