Flabby Hoffman is an activist and the leader of a creative movement. In his home base of Chicago, he has initiated an interconnected network which includes his own local weekly TV series, an internet based weekly radio series and a series of live shows in nightclub and theatrical environments. The goal is to create a growth and development network within which people can follow their own creative impulse and develop it without feeling the need for selling out to a dehumanized and rigidly surface minded corporate dominated media. The ultimate goal is to create a mainstream level of visibility for organically driven talent. The Flabby Hoffman Trio is his band and the riff laden, balls out exponent through which he expresses the angst and anger at our overwhelmingly apathetic society and the totalitarian fiends that control it as well as the sense of wonder and bewilderment of life\'s journey.
