Originally released as a duet with David Simmons on her sensational comeback album Give It Up, Jean Carne's stirring performance of My Baby Loves Me was so good that producer Butch Ingram has decided to remix the track. In addition to making it a vehicle solely for Jean's amazing voice, it's now more danceable. Recognized the world over for her unique five-octave range and hits such as Closer Than Close, Free Love, Flame of Love and Don't Let It Go To Your Head, the legendary Carne was recently inducted into the National R&B Music Society's Atlantic City Walk of Fame at Brighton Park in Atlantic City, NJ. A well-deserved honor for this versatile and beloved performer.
