Both trumpeter Bob Barnard and pianist John Sheridan are songsters who are inspired by the rich vein of tunes created in the first half of the 20th Century. Their song choices for this collection are an acknowledgement of the extraordinary innovations Louis Armstrong and Bing Crosby brought to music.
