We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to make a return.
For orders created between November 20th 2024 and December 31st 2024, we have extended our normal return period. For orders made between this period, customers have up to 60 days from the receipt of goods to return an item. Please see our Christmas Returns page for more information.
To be eligible for a return of an unwanted item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

The quintet is led by the smoky, ethereal lead vocals of Sam Sarty, who starting singing in choirs at a young age, and includes three voices, guitar, trombone, brushed percussion and boundless effects. Living Hour creates their own sonically diverse and unique vibe that will appeal to fans of Grizzly Bear, Beach House and Slowdive. With a more collaborate songwriting focus and added maturity, Softer Faces boasts the band's best songwriting to date. With it's lush sounds, healing energy and intricate instrumental and vocal melodies, it is a beautiful album that commands attention. The emotive vocals, glittering guitar interplay, and horn arrangements wash over you with an irresistible calm.
