'Grand Canyon,' the first single off Mat Kearney's forthcoming album January Flower, could be seen as a metaphor for quarantine and being so far away from loved ones. I think we all can relate to the feeling of being disconnected from people in this season," he says. "Covid & a newborn little girl have left me at home for the longest stretch of my career thus far. To be honest, I have enjoyed sitting still for a season." January Flower will be available everywhere on May 21, via Tomorrow Music."
