A rare, early slice of Miami electro hip-hop, courtesy of one the main progenitors of the classic Miami bass sound - the legendary Amos Larkins II, whose innovative productions from the era have been recognized worldwide, Mighty Rock and the Super Bowls' Dolphin's Rap b/w Dolphin's Boogie was originally released on 12 vinyl back in 1985, as a shout-out to the Dan Marino-led Miami Dolphins.. The rapper on the track, Mighty Rock, is the alias of Rob Gonzales, who appeared on many classic early hip-hop productions out of Miami in the mid-1980s. The B side of this classic single, Dolphin's Boogie is the instrumental dub of Dolphin's Rap.
