The DJ, producer, and visionary musical artist Raphox currently resides in the warm confines of Miami, approximately 230 miles north of his roots in Havana, Cuba. Lately, Raphox has joined forces with another islander, the Jamaican born Prince Dubb I, whose hypnotic voice and conscious lyrics provide the perfect foil for Raphox's rhythmic adventures into the deep house / dub / downtempo landscape, with space exploration a theme that runs throughout their recent work together. Their latest collaboration, Rasta On The Moon is a politically charged commentary on the strange times we are living in - yet the track only serves to uplift with positive healing vibes from the deep dub rhythms that provide a soft landing from the serious message. The new single features the main mix, plus an instrumental take and an acappella mix as an added bonus.
